1. Purpose
NativeTutor AI is a learning platform. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what you may and may not do when using our AI tutor, homework solver, practice exams, flashcards, and related features (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this AUP in addition to our Terms of Service.
2. You may use the Service to
- Study any school or university subject with an AI tutor.
- Ask for explanations, worked examples, and step-by-step help.
- Generate flashcards, quizzes, and study plans from your own materials.
- Practice for exams and get feedback on your work.
3. You must not
- Cheat on graded work. Do not submit AI-generated answers as your own work where your institution prohibits it, or use the Service during proctored exams, take-home exams, or timed assessments where AI assistance is disallowed.
- Break the law. No content or activity that is illegal in your country or ours (Albania and the European Union).
- Harm others. No hate speech, harassment, threats, doxxing, sexual content involving minors, self-harm content, or content that promotes violence.
- Attack the Service. No scraping, reverse engineering, attempting to bypass rate limits, extracting model weights, or overloading our infrastructure.
- Impersonate. Do not misrepresent yourself as another person, organization, teacher, or NativeTutor AI staff.
- Share malicious content. No malware, phishing links, or content designed to compromise other users.
- Extract personal data. Do not use the Service to identify, profile, or contact individuals without consent.
- Resell or wrap the Service. Do not resell access, expose our AI as a general-purpose API, or build a competing tutoring product on top of us without a written agreement.
4. Content you upload
You are responsible for anything you upload — photos of homework, textbook pages, PDFs, voice notes, and messages. Only upload material you have the right to use. Do not upload other people's personal data, confidential company information, medical records, or copyrighted material you don't own or have a license for.
5. AI-generated content is not perfect
Our AI can be wrong, especially on niche or advanced topics. Always verify important answers with a trusted source or teacher. Do not rely on the Service for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions. See our AI Disclaimer for details.
6. Automated abuse detection
To keep the Service reliable we monitor for automated abuse, quota bypass attempts, and prompt injection. We may throttle, temporarily suspend, or permanently terminate accounts that violate this AUP without prior notice.
7. Reporting abuse
If you see content or behavior that breaks this AUP, please email abuse@nativetutorai.com. We review every report and act quickly on credible ones.
8. Changes
We may update this AUP as the Service and the AI safety landscape evolve. We'll post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the new policy.
